Everything it costs to list and grow on Xpego — subscription plans, growth campaigns, venue access, and the platform fee your customers pay.

Subscription Plans

Listing on Xpego is free to start. You choose a plan based on your growth stage — and your first 3 months are zero-commission, so you keep everything you earn while you build your presence.

Commission falls as your plan rises — the platform is designed to reward growth. You can upgrade, downgrade, or stay on Starter at any time.

All subscription and campaign prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST applies and is shown separately on your invoice. If you're GST-registered, this GST is available to you as input tax credit.

You can list on Xpego with or without a GST registration. If you're GST-registered, you'll share your GSTIN, raise a GST invoice for your earnings, and reclaim GST on any fees as input credit. If you're not registered, you can still list — no GSTIN needed, and GST on any Xpego fees is a cost rather than a credit. Full tax terms are confirmed during onboarding.

Marketing & Growth Campaigns

Marketing works in two layers. Xpego always promotes the platform organically — Instagram, our WhatsApp audience, featured listings — and your listing benefits from that at no cost. On top of that, you can fund targeted campaigns for your own experiences.

Your first 90 days

For your first 3 months, Xpego runs a complimentary activation campaign to help drive your first bookings. There's nothing to pay during this window.

From month 4 — managed Growth Campaigns

After that, continued paid promotion is funded by you and managed by Xpego. You choose a package; the ad spend goes to Meta/Google, and Xpego charges a management fee for running it:

PackageAd spend / moManagement feeWhat's included
Starter Boost₹3,000₹1,000 / mo1 campaign, 1 experience, fortnightly report
Growth Boost₹7,000₹2,000 / mo2 campaigns, A/B creative testing, weekly report
Pro Boost₹15,000₹3,500 / moMeta + Google, multiple experiences, full-funnel report

Managed campaigns are optional. Many partners get their first bookings from the free activation window and their own audience before choosing to scale with a paid package.

Venue Access & Pricing

Because Xpego partners directly with venues, you get partner rates — pricing negotiated through the platform that independent creators typically can't access.

Venue pricing is set per venue and per event — it depends on the space, the date, the format, and what's included (for example, food & beverage). Rather than a fixed rate card, Xpego confirms the exact partner price for your specific event before you commit, so you always know your numbers upfront.

Platform Fee (paid by the customer)

Every booking carries a small platform fee, paid by the customer on top of your experience price. It does not come out of your earnings — your experience value stays whole. The fee is 4% of the experience price, plus 18% GST on that fee.

On a ₹1,000 experienceAmount
Experience price (your value)₹1,000
Platform fee (4%)₹40
GST on platform fee (18% of ₹40)₹7
Customer pays₹1,047

The platform fee is non-refundable. It is never returned to the customer in any cancellation — refunds apply to the experience value only. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full breakdown.

And on cancellations, the principle protecting you is simple: you are only ever charged commission on money you actually receive. If a booking is fully cancelled and you're paid nothing, you owe no commission.
