Listing is free. Each booking carries a small platform fee — 4% of your experience price plus 18% GST on that fee — but it's paid by the customer on top of your price, so your experience earnings stay whole. See our Pricing page for the full breakdown.

No. Xpego handles checkout and payment collection for every booking through our secure payment system, and your experience earnings are settled to you. You don't chase payments or manage transactions — we take care of it.

Customers cancel under our published policy: a full refund more than 48 hours before the session, 50% between 24 and 48 hours, and no refund inside 24 hours. The platform fee is never refunded. Full details are on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

Once you submit the form, our team reviews it and reaches out within 48 hours. From there we help you set up your listing — typically live within 3 to 5 working days.
