How Venues Onboard to Xpego: A Partner Guide

By The Xpego Team · Updated 31 August 2026

A venue space in Bengaluru hosting a creator-led experience through Xpego

If your café, studio, or event space sits quiet during the week, those empty hours are unearned revenue. Xpego connects your spaces with vetted creators who need somewhere to host — and, where you serve food and beverage, helps fill covers too. Here is how venues onboard, and how the partnership works.

Why partner your venue

Most venues have hours that earn nothing — a café between the breakfast and dinner rush, a studio on a weekday afternoon, an event room with an open Sunday. Xpego turns those windows into bookings by matching your spaces with creators who need a place to run a class, workshop, or event. You decide which spaces are available, and when.

Two ways to earn

Partner venues earn in two distinct ways, and you can choose either or both:

  • Space rental — a creator books your space for their experience. Xpego collects the payment from the creator and remits your rate to you. You set the space up, they run the event.
  • Food and beverage — when an experience at your venue includes an F&B package, your guests order and pay you directly for the food and drink. Xpego helps fill those covers for a small agent fee, and never collects or marks up the food money.

How onboarding works, step by step

Getting your venue live is a short, guided process:

  • Book a demo and share your details. After a quick walkthrough, you tell us about your venue — it takes a couple of minutes.
  • Review and e-sign the partner agreement. Our team reviews your details and shares the venue partner agreement for you to e-sign.
  • We register your venue. Xpego sets up your venue profile, your spaces, and their availability, and gives you a dashboard login.
  • Start receiving booking requests. Creators request your spaces; you confirm the ones that work for you.

You stay in control

A venue partnership on Xpego is built around your consent, not around giving up control:

  • Every booking waits for your confirmation — nothing is locked into your calendar without you saying yes.
  • Your own cancellation terms apply to space rentals.
  • No consumer data leaves Xpego. You get what you need to host, without handling guests’ personal details.
  • You choose which spaces are listed, their availability, and whether you offer food and beverage.

What makes a strong venue listing

Venues that get booked most tend to share a few things:

  • Clear photos of each space, and its real capacity and layout.
  • The amenities that matter to hosts — Wi-Fi, parking, accessibility, AV, seating.
  • Genuine availability windows, kept up to date, so creators can plan around you.
  • If you serve food and beverage, a simple menu and per-head package price, shown to guests up front.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of venues can join Xpego?

Cafés, studios, co-working spaces, event rooms, rooftops, and other spaces suited to classes, workshops, and events. If you have a space that sits idle during certain hours, it is a candidate for the marketplace.

How do venues get paid?

For space rentals, Xpego collects payment from the creator and remits your agreed rate to you. For food and beverage, your guests pay you directly for what they order; Xpego helps fill covers for a small agent fee and never collects the food money.

Do I have to accept every booking request?

No. Every booking waits for your confirmation. You confirm only the requests that fit your calendar and your space, and your own cancellation terms apply to rentals.

Is my customers’ data shared with creators?

No consumer data leaves Xpego. You receive what you need to host the booking without handling guests’ personal details.

How do I start onboarding my venue?

Begin on the “List Your Venue” page. After a short demo you share your venue details, review and e-sign the partner agreement, and Xpego registers your venue, spaces, and availability and gives you a dashboard login.
